Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it for you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalised items

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us
